To combine the knowledge, capabilities and experience of consulting and scientific institutions and agricultural entities to conduct tests in order to demonstrate a model of innovative measures that reduce the number of somatic cells and mastitis and the use of antibiotics, thus increasing the efficiency of farms and the sustainability of resource use.

Dairy farms, milk producers, veterinarians, livestock consultants and scientists seeking to reduce the prevalence of mastitis, somatic cell count in milk and antibiotic use, while improving milk quality, animal health and farm economic efficiency.

The farms will have healthier animals. There will be fewer animals with a high somatic number on the farm, which will increase milk sales, and there will be less defective milk. It is likely that the amount of milk added to the farms will increase by several percent. The implementation of the EIP project aims to develop reasonable practical recommendations for the implementation of a complex of new methods in order to increase the sustainability, productivity and competitiveness of the dairy sector; The EIP project creates additional economic value and environmental improvement benefits in order to preserve the environment and rationally use resources; The results created during the project will not only solve the problem of milk producers - reducing the number of somatic cell and mastitis diseases, but will also contribute to the implementation of the European Green Deal by reducing the need for the use of antimicrobials, thereby increasing the value of other RDP measures aimed at increasing the competitiveness of agricultural entities . The Chamber of Agriculture is a member of international organizations such as COPA - COGECA, IDF, with extensive experience in international cooperation, so the practical applicability of the project results and the extent of dissemination of the results will be international.
