Analysis of the possibilities of artificial cultivation of edible cruciferous vegetables growing naturally in Lithuania on farms, applying developed methodologies and improved technologies

Farmers planning or already growing mushrooms (especially small and medium-sized farms), farmers seeking to diversify their activities

Recommendations have been drawn up for the production of local mushrooms in Lithuania. The recommendations will set out a mushroom cultivation technique with optimal cultivation conditions: substrate, temperature, humidity. The recommendations will be made publicly available on LAMMC’s website to implement the thecnology of mushroom farming on three farmers’ farms on at least 50 m² per farm. Demonstration and dissemination of the technology implemented during the project (scientific promotion articles, press releases, etc.)
